What is LPC Youth?

LPC Youth is the youth ministry of Lambrick Park Church. We are excited to offer programs for youth aged 10-19.

LPC Youth is split into two main ministries, High School (grades 9-12) and Middle School (grades 6-8). We offer the following programs:

High School Ministry (HSM):
HSM Youth Group - A fun night for youth to hang out, play some goofy games, have some time in worship, and build relationships with caring leaders and their peers in small groups. This happens most Thursday nights at 7:00 PM in the LPC Youth Room. Check out details at our HSM Facebook Group page.
Sunday AM Class - Every Sunday morning at the 10:00 AM service high school youth are invited to hang out in the comfy section of the Youth Room to engage in some serious Biblical discussion. We study the same passage as the adults upstairs although we often use different means such as video and music.
Sunday PM (The Place) Service - This is a worship service that is very accessible for youth. Though they are not the focus (it is a intergenerational congregation), youth will find the music, teaching, and personality of the service easy to embrace and prayerfully they'll meet God there.
The Study Space - On Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 4:30-6:30 pm, we have areas set aside downstairs in the church for teens to come and study. We also provide gifted tutors to help the youth understand their work easier, and best of all, it's free of charge! Similar programs around the city cost $700 a semester, so come take advantage.
Mission:Unlimited - We run a great Youth Leadership Training Course that is called Mission:Unlimited. Matt and Erin Laird provide leadership for this exciting program that helps train our youth to be better leaders in all aspects of their lives. These youth get great opportunities to put their learning into practice with various service projects within LPC, around the city, and all over the world. Check out more at the Mission:Unlimited website.

Middle School Ministry (MSM):

MSM Youth Group - Every Friday night the MSM youth come out to party it up at our Youth Room. This is a fun night that is always different. All youth in grades 6-8 are invited. Check out the MSM Homepage for details. Chris Dawes helps with leadership for this event.
MSM Bible Study - Unfortunately, we do not have the leadership to run this program right now. Check back soon to see if we have it up and going.
Gamma Girls - This is an exciting ministry for girls in Grades 7-8. Providing a safe and fun place to receive mentor and peer support, it'll help young women gain confidence in a Godly way for all aspects of their lives. Runs Wednesday nights at 7:07 PM from February through May.
MSM Sunday School - Every Sunday morning at the 10:00 AM service we have a class just for middle school students. Brittany Neumann & Sarah Provan help provide leadership for this time in which the youth actively engage God's Word in interactive ways. Always included is a little game time to help loosen everyone up.
Sunday PM Discussion - During the Place on Sunday evenings the middle school youth have an interactive discussion time that is always full of fun and learning. Meeting down in the comfy section of the Youth Room these youth are provided with a relaxed format of studying God's Word together. This program is facilitated by Tim and Vasuhi Collins.

Who is the Youth Pastor?

Lambrick Park Church's Youth Ministry is headed up by their Youth Pastor, Andy Renton. He has been on staff at LPC since 2004 and Youth Pastor since spring of 2006. All ministry programs are overseen by Andy, and he provides direct leadership for many of them. Andy and his wife Jennie-Lynne are excited to be serving at the church in which they both grew up and their parents still attend.
